badkoerier pictureWriting is my job and photography is one of my hobbies in which I invest a lot of time. I have published travel reports in Yacht Vision Magazine for which I delivered both text and pictures. I also write for the Badkoerier, tourist magazine for the province of Zeeland. And since I have an extensive collection of photos taken in Zeeland, I occasionally send in a picture along with my texts. This has resulted in a first for my career. My photo was used for the cover of the magazine.

I took the photo on one of the first sunny spring days of 2012 and when I saw this family cycling near the beach of Vlissingen I knew right away that it would make a great picture. I am ever so proud that it got picked for the cover!
